Joe Girling is the Business Development Director for Congility.

Congility (a software solution from Mekon Ltd) is a full feature content delivery platform for online browser-based portals, mobile/offline apps and content-as-a-service delivery for embedded or IoT applications. 

Joe is a Production Engineer who has worked with aerospace and defence companies in manufacturing process control and planning. He’s also spent 17 years working with technology companies including; Interleaf, Frame Technology and Adobe Systems, focused on content publishing and delivery challenges. This combined experience gives him a good understanding of the content delivery needs for manufacturing & service, and regulated industries.
