Claudia Klumpp ist studierte Juristin und Betriebswirtin. Nach mehrjähriger Tätigkeit als Rechtsanwältin und Rechtsberaterin ist sie seit 2013 bei den Fachverbänden tekom Deutschland und dem europäischen Verband für Technische Kommunikation – tekom Europe. Sie betreut die Standardisierungsarbeit beider Verbände sowohl auf nationaler als auch auf internationaler Ebene. Seit 2020 ist Claudia stellvertretende Geschäftsführerin der tekom Deutschland. Darüber hinaus hält sie Vorlesungen zu rechtlichen und normativen Anforderungen an die Technische Kommunikation für Studenten an der Hochschule Karlsruhe.
Claudia Klumpp holds a degree in law and business administration. After working as a lawyer and legal advisor for several years, she has been with the trade associations Gesellschaft für Technische Kommunikation – tekom Deutschland and the European Association for Technical Communication – tekom Europe since 2013. She oversees the standardization work of both associations at both the national and international level. Since 2020, Claudia has been deputy managing director of tekom Deutschland. She also lectures on legal and normative requirements for technical communication for students at Karlsruhe University of Applied Sciences.
